Can't use premium features after purchasing?

Upon completion of your payment, normally you can enjoy premium features. But if you can't, please try the following steps:

  1. Open TickTick on your iOS device and slide the screen to the right.

  2. Tap the gear-shaped icon in the upper-right corner.

  3. Tap "Upgrade to Premium".

  4. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page.
